The trifecta of the Valknut represents Nutrition, Endurance and Strength within VIKINGfit. The Valknut is the Norse runic symbol for heroic death. While historians do not have a literal definition of the meaning of the Valknut it is often seen in conjunction with Odin (Valhalla) and Valkyries (wards of fallen heroes). This representation: Borromean rings represents the inseparability of these three aspects of fitness - remove one and they all fall apart.

Working clockwise the second ring represents ENDURANCE training and finally STRENGTH training is represented by the third ring. The order of precedence and focus is 60%/25%/15% respectively. |
